An Odd Fellow Lodge is led by elected officers among the members of the lodge.
The major elected officers are as follows.
The Noble Grand is the head executive officer of the lodge and is responsible for conducting meeting, setting the agenda and working with the members of the lodge on special projects within the Lodge and their community.
The Vice Grand is to assist the Noble Grand in his/her duties and is the secondary executive officer of the lodge. The Secretary is responsible for recording the meeting minutes, official correspondence for the lodge and reporting all activities of the lodge and its condition semi-annually to the Grand Lodge of Texas, our jurisdictional authority. Financial Secretary is charged with correctly keeping the accounts between the Lodge and members, receiving all monies due to the Lodge and working with the secretary and treasurer to properly maintain the books. The Treasurer is responsible for the Financial records of the lodge and reporting all activities of the lodge and its condition semi-annually to the Grand Lodge of Texas, our jurisdictional authority. |
